Age Groups applicable to the Trek UCI Gravel World Series are defined by the rider’s age on 31 December of the year of the qualifier event.

GRAVELISTA 2023 is a qualifying event for the 2024 UCI Gravel World Championships, Vlaams-Brabant in Belgium, for those riders finishing in the first 25% of each group.

The 25% is calculated based on the number of starters in each age group, and not on the number of riders having finished the race.

In addition, the first three riders of each official age category will qualify directly for the World Championships, independently of the number of starters in that age group.  Riders must finish the race to gain qualification.

BIKES

Riders may use any type of bike (road bike, mountain bike, city bike, hybrid bike, cross bike, etc.) with the exception of tandem or recumbent bikes. Time trial road bikes are also forbidden. E-Bikes are welcome, and encouraged, in the Recreational events.

In addition to superb riding options well-suited to a UCI-level event, the visitor experience and amenities around the riding will ensure a world-class experience for all involved. GRAVELISTA will encompass a weekend of activity and celebration around the racing and riding, with an event village, fine food & drink, local produce and activities for supporters as well as riders.
